These Terms of Purchase ("Agreement") govern all purchases made through www.theintegrativepsychnp.com (the "Website").

By purchasing any course, download, or training, you agree to the following:

1. Educational Purpose Only

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

The Company:

  • Does not provide medical advice

  • Does not create a provider–patient relationship

  • Does not provide clinical supervision

  • Does not guarantee outcomes

  • Does not provide CE credits

You are solely responsible for your clinical decisions, scope of practice, and compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

2. No Clinical Supervision

Participation in any course does not constitute supervision, consultation, or oversight of your practice.

3. No Patient-Specific Guidance

You agree not to rely on course materials for individual patient care decisions without independent clinical judgment.

4. Off-Label & Integrative Content Disclaimer

Courses may discuss supplements, integrative modalities, and off-label treatment strategies.

You acknowledge:

  • Evidence may be limited

  • Research may be evolving

  • You are responsible for reviewing current literature

  • You must comply with your state scope of practice

5. Products Sold

We offer:

All purchases are digital unless otherwise specified.

6. License & Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of The Integrative Psych NP, LLC.

Purchase grants you:

  • A limited

  • Non-transferable

  • Individual-use-only license

You may NOT:

  • Share login credentials

  • Reproduce materials

  • Distribute PDFs

  • Teach or resell content

  • Upload materials to third-party platforms

7. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Thinkific, Stripe, or Squarespace.

All payments are due in full at time of purchase.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and legal recovery efforts.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds are provided.

We may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

9. Access to Digital Products

Access is granted upon payment.

We reserve the right to revoke access for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Unauthorized sharing

  • Harassment or misconduct

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Clinical outcomes

  • Malpractice claims

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Integrative Psych NP, LLC from claims arising from:

  • Your clinical decisions

  • Your patient care

  • Your misuse of course materials

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California.

You waive the right to:

  • Jury trial

  • Class action participation

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
